I collect names, contact details and correspondence for dealing with queries, complaints or claims. On the Contact Form, your name and email address as well as other Information that you provide by filling in a contact form on this site is collected. This is so that I am able to reply to your service enquiry or your general question.

When visitors leave comments on the site I collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Stored data that has been sent via a contact form on my website will be kept for the duration of required communication.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
